Therapy sessions happen on a leather couch for brandon webb. It'S his 1985 socata epsilon webb spent time iniraq and afghanistan as a navy seal sniper and for all too many war veterans returning home from the military means coping with post-traumatic stress disorder. To help combat that anxiety, webb found an outlet for me flying is very therapeutic. I get a shot of adrenaline, but it's kind of like yoga and meditation, because you're forced before you're just forced to concentrate on one thing, and you can't think about anything else. So it's kind of this mind eraser stunt flying isn't his only escape webb also loves heli skiing. Most recently, webb and a group of friends took a helicopter to sham oney. Webb is constantly seeking out that nextadrenaline high by managing his ptsd webb has also found his return to civilian life easier and has utilized his experiences to successfully launch several businesses.

I'Ve been able to like take the stuff that i love and my kind of mix it with my past. You know military background and create this kind of cool content company that we monetize with with commerce. One of those startups is crate club, a mail order subscription service, that's essentially navy seal in a box outdoor survival goods approved by combat veterans. So can i get my therapy session with you? Then, of course yeah man? I don't charge that much taking to the skies over manhattan. Webb, didn't disappoint with theadrenaline doing a 360 loop-the-loop off the coast of manhattan, followed by an up-close view of the statue of liberty, but webb understands that this therapy may not be for everybody. He just knows it works for him, it's my way of getting into entrepreneurship and flying in aviation and in kind of like taking what i learned in the military and just for me. It'S been a positive way to kind of deal with my there. You have it. I was obviously very excited with being up in the air for that therapy session, but overall it's really important to raise awareness for mental health and how he found solace in a community, the aviation community and then fromthere was able to launch pretty successful company create club. Us some really cool stuff on there survival kits and all that, but nonetheless i had a great time which is self adjusting that it was very cool thanks christine. Thank you.
