Well, the latest threat from the democrats scheduling a vote this wednesday to try to hold attorney general, william bar in contempt for not providing congress with the full unredacted version of the muller report. That'S got republicans saying this is a gross overreach joining me now from the heritage foundation, kelsey bowler, so jerry nadler refuses a doj offer to read a minimally redacted vers ...
on. I mean the the attorney general offered that version that read to 12 congressmen and now he's. Finally, could potential contempt charges you're taking all this you're right liz? This is absurd. The general public saw a version of this 400 plus page report, with only 8 % redacted, and then congressional leaders were offeredthe opportunity to see a version of the report where only 2 % was redacted and that 2 % is required by federal law to be redacted. Because of grand jury, so the question is: why would nadler be wanting to hold attorney general barr in contempt? Really, this is just political theater and i think, an attempt to discredit bar and get ahead of what could be very unflattering conclusions that come from bars investigation into how this whole trump russia investigation began. I mean eric holder was held in contempt in 2012, connected to the fast and furious scandal. What stiff fallout here of holding william barr in contempt and the final question muller is scheduled to. I think testifyin may 15th, your reaction to that as well. Again, i think this is just going to be a political theater and i don't think it's going to yield positive results for democrats, because we know a poll in the hill found that four in 10 democrats are ready to move on. From this we see the 2020 candidates when they're out on the campaign trail they're not being asked about the russia investigation, because americans are ready to move on and talk about issues that are actually affecting them, like health care like the economy. So look.

This is what democrats are going to continue doing. It really just shows where their priorities are. Okay, may 15th by theway is a tentative date set by the democrats for robert miller to testify kelsey bowler of the heritage foundation. Great to see you come back soon.
